History:

This 1904 Arts and Crafts home was the residence of Dallas opera singer Daisy Polk until her death in the 1960s. It remained in the family until 1996 when Wayne Falcone restored the property and opened it as a bed and breakfast.

Hauntings:

Guests have reported the spirit of Daisy throughout the house. Her spirit is a welcoming presence and tries her best to make guests feel welcome in her former abode.
