History:

The original structure at this location was built in 1862 for Abel Crawford. Mt. Crawford House may be gone, but the Crawford Tavern still exists in the form of a dining room at Notchland Inn. The current bed & breakfast has hosted guests since the 1920s. Ed and Les have operated the Notchland since 1990.

Hauntings:

A ghost named Abigail is said to write her name on the mirrors in the guest rooms.
