History:

Built in 1887, this High Victorian was once the home of Jesse Shephard, a gay musician and medium. It has been lovingly restored by a nonprofit organization and is currently a museum.

Hauntings:

The ghostly presence of Shepard has been reported on numerous occasions throughout the historic home. Activity seems centered around the large music room.
