Peninsula's Railroad Phantom

Near Locust Street, Peninsula

This unassuming segment of tracks between Peninsula and the canal holds a secret still not unraveled.

The apparition of a young man can be felt and sometimes heard pounding on the tracks in the narrow cut through the valley's hills. Whether he was a worker or vagrant is still unknown, yet he pleads out to the living, hoping for them to stay and listen to him.
