Built by Everet Farnam in 1834, this homestead has stood the test of time.

Hauntings

Emily, the 4th Farnam child, fell into a cistern and drowned at the age of 6. It is said that her ghost can still be seen playing around the property. Everet and his wife are also believed to have remained in the house.
