History:

Charles Drake first built this house after the end of the Civil War some time around 1878. It was sold to lawyer Charles Blenman in 1891. After 1990, the Blenman family turned over ownership to Arizona Pioneers Historical Society. It was sold to Royal Henry and Yvonne Elizabeth who renovated the property and started the bed & breakfast. The next owners, Jack Nance and Robert Ogburn, continued renovations before selling the business to Jeff and Chuck.

Hauntings:

A female spirit has been reported in the inn. She has been accused of moving objects and hiding guest's belongings.
