History:
The original diner was purchased in 1982 by famed pianist Liberace. It opened as Liberace's Tivoli Gardens the following year. What was intended to be a simple diner for tourists at the adjacent Liberace Museum became an extravagant Italian restaurant. Liberace occasionally slipped into the Piano Lounge and entertained his diners with music. After his death in 1987, the restaurant was sold to the Carluccios. It remains much the same as designed by Liberace.
Hauntings:
Customers and employees have encountered the spirit of Liberace throughout the establishment. Latches in the ladies room have a mind of their own, lights have turned on and off, objects have been moved by unseen forces, and glimpses of the glittering cloak worn by Liberace have been reported.
